How long can it take to get my nails?

We have a 4-6 Business day + USPS shipping time policy for you to get your order.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING IS 6-9 BUSINESS DAYS EFFECTIVE 11/1/20201

How do I measure my nails?

We have a sizing chart on our page and videos on IG & Tik tok for a visual. @officialnailmedown.

What happens if i order the wrong size nails?

As press on nails are such a personal item we understand that it is possible to get the sizing wrong. Send us an email to @ support@nailmedown.com and we will be more than happy to remake any nails you need in a different size using item reship product plus the shipping fee.

Why do you ask for our phone number?

In our world today people respond to text or call so much faster than an email and if we have any questions about your order we want to be able to contact you quickly as to not delay your order. To keep the best experience for you and for us.

What if i'm unsure about my nail sizing but still want to order?

If you are unsure about your nail sizing you have two options. Option 1: you can order a sizing kit which we ship about within 2 business days. Option 2: you can order your best guess for sizing and add addition nails to your cart in your order.

All sales are final but we have a 14 day exchange policy for wrong sizes made by nail me down llc and any mistakes to orders by nail me down lcc.
